Writing Consultants On-Call
During the summer sessions, we offer some on-call tutoring.
During the fall and spring semesters, please use our appointment calendar whenever possible to see a Consultant. On-call consultants are available only at times when the Center is closed or fully booked. They may say "no" to your request, depending on their schedules.
If you contact someone listed below, allow 48 hours for a response. Consultants' names, e-mail addresses (all are @richmond.edu), and areas of interest and expertise appear below. All writers must see a Consultant in person. We do not provide support for papers without an in-person meeting.
One exception: School of Continuing Studies students may contact our SCS specialist Happy Herbert for e-mail consultation. If SCS students wish to see other consultants listed below, they must come to the Center for an in-person appointment.
This service is for those affiliated with the University. We encourage others to use our free resources, such as Writer's Web, but we cannot offer consultations.
